We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable English teachers to teach English to Korean-speaking students in Irvine, California.
Position Overview
Teachers will provide engaging English instruction to Korean learners of various ages and proficiency levels. Classes may include conversational English, reading, writing, pronunciation, grammar, and test preparation depending on student needs.
Responsibilities
- Teach English to Korean-speaking students in individual or small group settings
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans
- Encourage student participation and confidence in speaking English
- Adapt teaching methods to different learning levels and goals
- Provide feedback on student progress
Qualifications
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- TESOL/TEFL certification is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Korean students is helpful but not required
