Before you fly to Korea, you’ll need to submit your entry declaration online using Korea’s

e-Arrival Card. It’s free and takes only a few minutes.

72-Hour Submission Window

You must submit the form only within 72 hours before arrival. If you submit earlier, it will expire and you’ll need to submit it again.

Step-by-Step: Complete the e-Arrival Card

The form takes about 3–5 minutes to complete and can be completed on any device.  

1.       Prepare Your Information

·       Passport (number, full name, date of birth, nationality)

·       Flight number and arrival date in Korea

·       Address in Korea — hotel, apartment, school address

·       Local contact number — school, employer, HQ manager, friend in Korea

2.       Go to the Official Site

·       e-Arrival Card portal — https://www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr

3.       Fill Out the Form

·       Enter your personal and travel details — from step 1

·       If the mobile passport-scan step is not working, complete it manually

4.       Submit and Keep a Record

·       After submission, screenshot or print out the confirmation

·       Officers will retrieve your submission when they scan your passport, however, it’s good to have a copy just in casee
